Rena and Cody are one of those couples who are adorable in every pose, love each other so much it pours out, and are just plain perfect to photograph!  I love when my clients make things so easy for me! I always ask them if they’ve done any modeling, they swear they haven’t but, I don’t believe them 😉 They are naturals!! When we planned their engagement session it was such a breeze, they are getting married at the new Sparrow Wedding Venue in Stillwater Oklahoma, so it was natural that we wanted to explore and get alot of great photographs there ahead of time! I am so in love with this venue, its gorgeous! I can’t wait for their Winter wedding there!

So a little about this adorable couple, he proposed in DISNEY WORLD! I mean, what bride doesn’t want a proposal at the happiest place on earth? AT the most romantic place possible? Take a read at their story, it is surely to give you the feels and bring a smile to your face.

“In May 2012 Cody and I both attended the same church camp, Falls Creek. We started hanging out and then two months later we started dating. We have dated for about six years now. In May 2017, Cody and I went to Florida for his birthday celebration. We met friends there and went to Sea World, the ocean and Disney World. May 27th we went to the beach and had a wonderful day enjoying sea food and the water. On the way back to the hotel Cody told me we should go visit Disney World at night because he wanted me to be able to see the fireworks. When we got there we rode a few rides and watched the fireworks go off. After that Cody said that we had to go ride the rollercoaster that was at the Castle. It was 10:30 and I was worn out and ready to go but I told him this could be the last ride then I wanted to go home. When we walked to the very top Cody told me he had mistaken the ride and it was at a different location. When I turned around to yell at him because it was so late, he was on one knee with a ring in his hand. He told me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and asked if I would marry him. My first response was, did you ask my dad?! And of course he said yes. I cried and said yes.”
