Well I wanted to wrap up a final blog post and talk about some awesome things I did and saw while there. Thankfully my new friend Michelle Standerfer got to come along and room with me! I won her a ticket on a twitter contest from More Photos.

Sunday upon arrival, my wonderful sister Kimberly picked me up from the airport, it was such a sweet time together. I’ve missed her for a long time and hate that we live so far apart(She’s in california). So we got to hang out the first night and it was a treat! She came with me to the GO BEE party, which was awesome I might add!!
Monday I woke up early early and attended Jesh De Rox bright and early. Thank God I did because it was life changing! He really blew me away with the whole Beloved movement he has started. It is EXACTLY what I’ve been headed towards with my couple photography and I love it! Β Michelle and I also hit the tradeshow floor and ran into Mike Colon and the thunder from down under himself, Jerry Ghionis.. Why tell me why did the ONE picture I REALLY WANTED come out blurry, stupid point and shoot cameras.. I should have had my 5d walking around w/ me I know!! So excuse the crappy quality… But yeah it was a cool experience to meet him! π Go buy his Pick Pockets, they are amazing!Β 
Tuesday I had the awesome time getting to take pictures at Stephen Knuths fabulous workshop. He had a couple who was previously married model for us, and they were adorable! Some of the images are on the post before this one, but heres one of my favorites. That is going to be awesome, PLEASE PLEASE go vote π ok back to wppi!! So his workshop was awesome, but I had to run out of there quick cause we were headed to the Fast Track Photographer Shootout! It was basically a scavenger hunt. I was supposed to lead a group but I ended up being late due to some confusion on the location. When I arrived, I got plugged into a group and off we went, We got some interesting pictures like the one below:

Oh yeah!! Also on Tuesday at 11am I got to host a slot with Feuza Reis on Fast Track TV, Askdane.com it was so freaking cool! I was beyond crazy nervous, I didn’t know what Id say I had all these notes, but you know what, it was awesome, we chatted, laughed and i think it went great! After his class we hustled hurried and ran across the place to get to Jasmine Star’s Class (J*)! Wow, i can not believe what I saw before me, Wish I had taken a photo of the lines, I would guess over a thousand people stood in line, only 800 could be allowed in the room… Lets just say, I got in! Thank God!! π It was amazing. She shared her heart, poured it all out there and taught us all she knows about Ghetto Fabulous Marketting! If you want the cliff notes, message me on skype or facebook! π Β After her class we took off to head to the Fast Track After Party at Β the Centrifuge. It is a round bar in the MGM Grand Casino, pretty cool. So I met up with some friends there, took some AWESOME photo booth pics and then hurried on to dinner with some new friends Kerri, Mandi and Kerri’s husband. Β We ate at the Rainforest Cafe, I think I ate there like five times it was amazing! Most of the time I got the same thing, a Sourdough breadbowl clam chowder. Almost as good as the one at Fisherman’s on the pier in San Clemente..oh how I miss yo
u, oh how I digress!! Anyway, at the J* Class Michelle and I met a cool guy named Brady! He lives in Riverside, CA and is really cool. We hung out w/ him quite a bit over the three day period, and both are totally jealous that he’s going home to our homeland of California! Heres a fun pic of brady with michelle and I! So after dinner, hurried again, in painful shoes I might add, over to meet some girls at the Studio 54 Pictage/KISS party. It was out of this world crazy cool! They had a fasion show w/ all the cool colors of their fabulous albums, they had just a packed, packed house! Fun times! Since this was Tuesday night, there was a billion things going on, so after an hour or so here we took off and ran over to the PIF Party, and got our groove on on the dance floor here! By this time my feet were for sure NUMB! (OH and they still are…i think i damaged some nerves..so much for trying to be cute, next year, FLATS!) Well after a bit of hanging out here, trying to win prizes, I decided I was TIRED!! So I went up to the fabulous room and hit the HAY! I think this is the night we did some fun pictures on the balcony, or maybe it was Monday I forget! Anyway, Ashah Wood, my new sweet friend, did some fun jumping photos of me and her and kelly, Well it was monday cause thats why michelle wasn’t there, our other roommate! π So heres some fun ones of me, and me and them. So on Wed. I attended the Marcus Bell Class. And Got to meet him! Fun times! (Crappy pic, due to point and shoot)
Wednesday was the day for the shootout with Scarlett Lillian! She had pre-arranged a married couple to pose as Bride and Groom for us to do some desert shooting at Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas, NV. They were smoking hot together and the images rocked! I’m still working through those many many images, but on the post below theres quite a few of my favorites. Heres one!

This night I decided that I had to do homework and just stayed in the room, we invited a new friend Gwen up to hangout and chat, it was so much fun! So glad we did it, I also did my first video blog that night! We also ran into my new friends

Another thing we did on Wed. that I forgot to mention was really one of the highlights of WPPI, it was the Photog’s Unite prayer meetup. Unite is a group of photographers coming together to worship God! We met under the leadership of David Jay and Mike Larson, they started off with prayer, Mike read some scriptures and we did worship. It was beautiful! Then we broke down into small groups and had a small devotional and prayer. It was awesome! Here’s some of those pics.

girl, I had the best time rooming with you and would do it again 1000 times over. Thank you so much for my first experience at WPPI and I absolutely cannot wait to go again next year with you. It was life changing and eye opening. You were encouraging and a brilliant friend to enjoy my time there with. Loved being introduced to all the other friends we met and hope to hang out with everyone else again.
